So when I play NBA 22 it says there is a problem with my Internet and everything is frozen, but my Internet is on and everything works but the 2K server, and it does this on 2k23 and no other games but them two, and it's like I can't even play the game and all of my friends want me to play with them and I say okay but then when I get on it says I can't play and everything is frozen.

In wwe2k23 they have 2 trophy embrasse the future and fight the past i make this choice 2 time so i have to finish 4 time this my ryse ascension mode and i still dont have the trophy so im tired now that for what i send you this mail so please do something !!

The games I won are saying I lost and the games that said this game will not count ends up being the games I lost as well. This is the same exact reasons why I stopped playing 2k!!!

Paid 75 dollars on a rebirth build last night to wake up and it not be on there i tried going to make 2k support request and it wont let me and my 6 8 player is missing i tried to download strogae and uploud from cloud did not work i was a overall 92 and it took my vc so imma need my vc as well that i put into the player to reach 92 thank you

My build was corrupted and unplayable but i tried every other one of my builds and they worked. I spent 20$ on that build and within the same day it got corrupted.

Is there anyway the build can be restored to my account? Or can I get my money back?

My complaint is I paid for this game and NBA2k is not working online. Every time I load up for a game of basketball, in the middle of the I get this countdown of numbers and then to the main screen.
